missingWrote a review on 20 Aughistoric architecturecentral accessquaint ambianceawkward bathroom
The notable architecture impresses with its historical charm, giving you a real taste of the locale. The access to the central area means you're just steps away from the good boutiques and wine shops that Montalcino offers.
Parking can be a hassle. Unloading luggage at the hotel proves tricky since the owners take your car to a remote spot. The small bathroom setup lacks a shower enclosure, leading to slippery floors by the end of a shower, and the double room could benefit from a little modernization for the price. Breakfast service can be inconsistent-cold scrambled eggs were available, and getting coffee was a challenge the first morning. It’s an old building with creaky floors, so expect some noise when you're moving around.
